1. What Personal Information We Collect
If you visit our Sites to browse, we will only intentionally collect and store the domain name and host from which a user accessed the Internet, the IP address of the user’s computer, the user’s browser software and operating system, the date and time the user accesses the Sites and the Internet address of any website from which the user linked directly to our Sites or to which the user links after visiting our Sites. 5.1 Responses To Communications
We endeavor to send responses to all reasonable communications from users. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services or special deals. 5.2 Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We communicate with the user to provide requested services via email or phone.
5.3 Correction and Updating Personal Information
If a user's Personal Information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. 6. Choice and Opt-Out
Users who no longer wish to receive our notices or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or email us as referenced below. You may also choose to unsubscribe from notices of special offers at any time. We provide you with the ability to unsubscribe at any time via the consumer account space noted on the confirmation of your order. If you no longer wish to receive our SMS messages related to product availability at nearby retailers, as well as general marketing information, reply to a SMS message with the word "STOP". 7. Children’s Privacy
Mizuno USA joins the industry in recognizing that children may not be able to make informed choices about Personal Information requested online. Accordingly, Mizuno USA does not target children under the age of 13 for collection of information online or knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete the information from our records.
8. Merger, Assets, Sales, etc.
If Mizuno USA or any of its lines of business is sold, pledged or disposed of as a going concern whether by merger, sale of assets, bankruptcy or otherwise, then the user database of Mizuno USA could be sold as part of that transaction and all User Information accessed by such successor or purchaser.
