1. What Personal Information We Collect

Mizuno USA joins the industry in recognizing that children may not be able to make informed choices about Personal Information requested online. Accordingly, Mizuno USA does not target children under the age of 13 for collection of information online or knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete the information from our records.

 

 

8. Merger, Assets, Sales, etc.

 

If Mizuno USA or any of its lines of business is sold, pledged or disposed of as a going concern whether by merger, sale of assets, bankruptcy or otherwise, then the user database of Mizuno USA could be sold as part of that transaction and all User Information accessed by such successor or purchaser.
