How do I know which style of Mizuno shoes I own?
There is a style number printed on a tag on the tongue of every shoe. On the bottom line of that tag, there are two codes separated by a slash. The number to the right of that slash is the style number of the shoe. Submit that style number to us via the "Contact Us" portion of the website and we will be glad to identify your shoe for you.

What if my local retailer does not carry the style of shoe that I want to purchase?
Any of our dealers have access to our entire line of products. Please inquire at your local Mizuno dealer about placing a special order for the product that you are looking for.

Can I wash my shoes in the washing machine?
None of the Mizuno shoes are suitable for machine washing. This may destroy or damage the technical fibers used on the shoes. Cleaning can be done by hand washing in soapy water. However, you should not use chemically enhanced powders or detergents. Do not force or artificially dry your shoes. This may damage the materials used in the production of the shoes.

What type of warranty do you have on your shoes?
Our shoes come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Within the first year, you may return defective shoes to your retailer along with a copy of your receipt. The retailer will forward them on to Mizuno where will inspect the shoes and, if defective, we will replace them.
